Situated on the beautiful new Bandwidth Campus in Raleigh, our facilities are unmatched! Children enrolled at Ohana will experience best-in-class care from nurturing educators inspired by Montessori and RIE principles. Our education principles are supported by beautiful and well-appointed classrooms, daily outdoor learning, dedicated school gym, outdoor classroom, playground theater, water slough, mud kitchen, and so much more!

Older kids will enjoy our on-site trails built for exploring, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, The Barn, and a soccer field. Nearby offsite amenities such as NC State’s Horse Farm, the Prairie Ridge Learning Center, Schenck Forest, and the NC Museum of Art make our campus a magical childhood experience for preschoolers and older summer camp explorers alike.

Top Notch, High-Quality Early Childhood Education

With a 1:3 teacher-student ratio, ours is lower than the top tier child care centers in North Carolina, which is 1:4. The state of North Carolina allows teacher-student ratios of 1:5.

We are proud to offer such high quality care to our Bandmates and their families on our brand new campus. Our facilities are unmatched, with many resources that are unavailable at private centers.

Full-Time Care Priority

As an important part of our mission is to help families reduce the friction between work and life, those needing full-time care receive priority. Should we find we have the available space in the future, we will consider part-time care and/or half day preschool, but this isn’t part of our opening plan.

Infants First Principle

Once Ohana is fully operational, we will incorporate our “infants first,” philosophy, prioritizing infants and fully adhering to the Nido approach. Nido (nest) is based on the principle that frequent interaction with, and close proximity to a parent, especially during the nursing and bottle-feeding period, is essential to the healthy development of infants.

Ohana is exclusively for the children of Bandwidth Inc. and affiliates' employees. We provide a nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth, and social development. For more information please review the Ohana section in Rover.
